I’d like to say I hate talking about myself, but that would be a lie. I don’t mind in the least. Will it be interesting? Meh.
I grew up in Tweed, Ontario, a small town north of Toronto for all of you wondering where the heck that is. Once the home of Elvis’s ghost and not much else, Tweed is quiet and familiar and that is just fine by me. With a population of 1800 (that’s not official, it may be less) there isn’t much that escapes the neighbors’ eyes.
Mother to two daughters, (add a boy on the weekends) and SO to a man who has a twisted sense of humor that, although trying at times, matches mine quite well. We are slightly masochistic, adding to the mix two dogs, and a couple of cats. Unofficial pets include the garage moles and the snakes out back. (although they aren’t supposed to make it into the house)
I freelance as well, to hone those writing skills and to pay the bills. I am co-founder (with Carlos J. Cortes) of www.OnFictionWriting.com, a writer’s community created by writers for writers. We welcome submissions from members and interviews, book reviews, and tons of other goodies.
Also, I write books, I tend to ramble, and there will be profanity.
Here, enjoy a brief book trailer.
